Frank I have to say you are one of the most courteous and professional sales persons I have ever met.   You went way over and above your duty to treat me with service and respect.  You brought the trucks to my location to view.  You took my trade to be inspected.  You brought my paperwork to my location.  It was in home shopping.  I didn't have to visit the dealership.  Beyond that you handled my bed liner being installed.  You were even available on you cell phone on a Sunday when I had a flat tire.  The after the sale service you have provided it is will make me a lifelong customer.   For all of the above I can't thank you enough.   God bless you and your family.  Thank you.
