You know its going to be an interesting day when your brakes fail on your 9 year old Saturn as you're driving into the dealership.  I was only going in to kick some tires and see what was available in the Ford line.  I've never owned a Ford and I was interested to see what they had to offer.   Less than an hour later I was driving out in a Ford Transit.  Randy did an outstanding job of plowing through the paper work.   And the truck... its perfect for me.  I do a fair amount of remodeling for myself and my kids and here was a small truck with big truck capabilites.  Basically I tell folks I have a 3/4 ton truck with a 6 foot bed and 4 feet between the wells.  Beyond that the rest is gravey.  Thanks to the Gentilini group and Randy in particular for a sale well done.

I bought my '04 F-350 at Gentillini Ford Last year, It came with an extended warranty (6 years). I bought the extended Diesel coverage. I wasn't going to buy it, but I did.

I am VERY glad I did. While on vacation in March, I had to have the turbocharger repaired in Mississippi. 1 day down time and $100.00 deductable and I was on my way.

After arriving in Arizona I had been using coolant. I had plenty of time so I dropped the truck off at a dealer in Apache Junction. While in their care the EGR cooler FAILED. They replaced the EGR cooler, the engine oil cooler and updated screen, the updated turbo drain tube, the Re-gas Tank and cap, flushed and treated the cooling system and changed the oil and filter. Total charge,ZERO!

So, at this time all the 6.0 weak spots have been replaced and I should be good for about 60 or 70K before I have another failure of the stock Ford EGR cooler.

I am pleased with my truck and it's performance. I don't plan to buy any vehicles for some time, but when I do, I'll be seeing you.

I do have a weeping rear pinion seal which I'll have to have replaced soon.

Randy did a professional job and made it a hassle free experience!
