I scheduled an oil change and multi-point inspection for my 1995 Ford Explorer on Black Friday, because it was a day I knew I had off from work. I had a lot of other tasks planned for that day as well. During the inspection, the mechanic assigned to my vehicle discovered my brake lines were in questionable condition. Having had the experience of losing my brakes unexpectedly before, I certainly didn't want to chance that happening again. The service department was able to accomodate this repair for me, and I was also offered a loaner vehicle, so I wouldn't have to wait the 4 hours needed to complete the job. I didn't have anyone I could arrange to pick me up on short notice. My having use of the loaner car was a great help. I help my Mom care for my Dad, who has advanced Alzheimer's Dementia. I am very grateful for the service department keeping my transportation safe, and for their consideration in helping me get back home instead of having to wait 4 hours. Thanks Mike and Jeff!

I realize the vehicle is old but I have had it since it was new and it has served me well. I use it now as my work vehicle as it holds all the tools I need on the job. Great Friendly Staff

I came in to have "the works " service done on my Explorer Sport Trac. Mike the service person was great and very friendly. The staff also was very helpful and called to my attention some additional items that needed replacing, such as brakes. In fact due to their attention to detail, I went back to the original dealer that installed the brakes and showed them the Gentilini brake replacement recommendation. The brakes only had 14,000 miles on them, since their last replacement. However, thanks to Gentilini's recommendation, I was able to get another new set of brakes from the original dealer for free. Thank you again for your attention to detail and friendly staff.

Great Service Experience

Dear Tim,

                 Several weeks ago, I purchased a new 2011 FX2 from Gentilini Motors but unfortunately, due to a large leak, I was forced to return it for repair just a few days later. Upon arriving for my service appointment, I was greeted by Mike Gavenda, he assured me that the service department would identify the cause of the problem. Mike even took me to introduce me to Rick "poo" Schweibenz, the technician assigned to my truck, no other service department had even done this, a nice touch. Over the next 4 hours, these two gentleman helped me set my concerns aside by keeping me updated as to what was being done along with the results being realized. They seemed to work as a team to solve the problem and to keep my calm, after hearing that the fender of my truck would have to be removed. Not something I wanted to hear. They made me feel confident in the as a whole and if the rest of the service personnel are anything like them Gentilini has a winning team. Even thought it was getting late on a Friday afternoon and probably near the end of a long day, they made me feel like my truck was the most important job of their day. I know that it was just another truck to them but it is a very special truck to me. While waiting, I couldn't help but notice the congenial yet business like atmosphere in the waiting area. There was no foul language, no disparaging remarks and no complaining, what I did notice was a sincere desire to help the customer. In conclusion, both mike and Poo should be applauded, for the Herculean efforts which they brought to bear on my situation. It is because of them, that even though your dealership is over an hour from my home, I will continue to bring my truck to Gentilini Ford for all of its service requirements.
