For major repairs, we have never had anything but exceptional service and always had a clear explanation and understanding of what to expect before the service was performed. I purchased a small Ford SUV from you about 9 years ago and bring it to you for servicing regularly.  Not only is the vehicle wonderful, so is your Gentilini Ford staff all of whom "are kind" to a person with limited automotive knowledge.

I take the short drive from Cape May Court House NJ for Ford service, bring a book and down a cup of your hot chocolate.  By the time I've read the news and finished my drink, someone from your staff is explaining what they did and why.  Or, they are explaining something that needs to be done, explaining the alternatives and detailing the cost for my approval.

On the one occasion when they could not finish the work immediately, they gave me a car to use overnight. 

Every experience with Gentilini Ford has been exemplary over all these years.

I'm getting close to getting another vehicle and when I am ready, the only place I will look will be Gentilini Ford.

Just wanted to reach out and tell you how helpful Mike in Gentilini Service was in getting my car back on the road for me. I was told that I had a problem with the seals in the transmission last week. At that time, Mike was unable to provide me with an estimated time of completion due to a backordered part. I am going away at the end of the week, and need my vehicle/a vehicle for my trip. I was concerned it might not have been done in time, so I asked for some type of loaner. Mike told me that he would let me borrow an Edge for my trip if the car was not done. This morning, Mike called me and told me everything was ready to go, and I would be able to take MY car with me for my trip, and I wouldn’t have to worry about a loaner because he was able to pull a favor with another dealership.

I really appreciate everything that your organization has done for me with this situation, and how helpful everyone has been with my previous automobile purchases. With that being said, your dealership is the only Ford/Chevrolet dealership I will use or recommend to friends and family!
