The only reason I go there is for their honesty and straight forwardness.  I could go anywhere for my truck and my daughters Jeep, but drive past a Ford Dealer and numerous garages to have my car serviced.  I have done business with them since I bought Don's Pinto he used in High School.  When I went for service on Saturday Morning they used to buy breakfast sandwiches, back in the day.  They cannot be out-done for customer service !!!

I have bought a Mustang and a Lincoln from Lou, I found him both honest and very  knowledgeable. He was a salesman who didn't play the haggle game, he gave me the bottom line right off the bat and made the sale without any tricks.  Your service dept. is excellent and even though I live less than a mile from Chapman, I have opted to make the drive for any service do to the fact I have had no problems in over a decade of dealing with your dealership and plan to keep my Thunderbird forever.
