This week I got new tires, an alignment, and an oil change on my wife's Toyota Avalon.  The job was done at the price I was quoted by Keith; took slightly longer due to a broken machine which takes the tires off (Keith told me the machine broke that morning and gave me a heads up that it could take longer).  The car seems to be riding very well.

The week before I had Barry as a service coordinator for my Ford Explorer and again I had a positve experience in getting new front brakes, new battery, oil change, and the emergency brake handle fixed.  I've been a service customer for 10 years now since I moved into the area and am very satisfied with both the responsiveness of the service coordinators and work quality.

Wilder Vermont Car Buyer Rates Woodbine NJ Service Department 5 Stars

I was on vacation in Sea Isle City and staying with my sister. My car needed to be towed to Gentilini because of problems with it the night before. Your service center replaced the PCV tube that was leaking. I was so excited that it could be fixed the same day it came in on Sept. 15. The next day I locked my keys in the car and again your Ford Family made me a key to get into the car. I do not have enough room in this review to tell just how professional and caring a staff you have there. Being from another state, I was truely nervous about the care of my Escape. Steve and Keith made me feel confident that the problem would be fixed and I could go on with the rest of my vacation. I can not thank them enough for helping me in a time of extreme need. I will never forget this experience and will always know where to go next time, if that happens again.

Thank you a million times. I just love you guys.!!!!!

Great Review From Ford Owner in Cape May County New Jersey about her Service Experience

 As usual I was provided service as a walk-in without delay. Since they we not sure what time they could fit in the look see they provided a ride home. I was then informed via telephone that they ordered a needed part and that I could either leave the car overnight or come pick it up and drop it off again the next day. I chose to pick it up and the next day they provided me prompt complete service even though they were involved in a yearly customer appreciation event and had tried to reduce their service load as it was a Saturday!

The cost quoted to me for the part plus labor was maintained even though my second trip required a small amount of additional labor from a second mechanic!

In today's world it is an extreme pleasure to be able to go to an auto dealership and be treated as a VIP every time and never get ripped off!

PS: It is important to note that the Ford in question was (sadly) not purchased at this dealer but they gladly maintain it anyhow!

Gentilini Ford is by far the best dealership in the area. i only wish that i bought my first ford from this dealership due to my overall satisfaction. from when i came in and bought my mustang to my most recent service Gentilini ford has got it going on. I'm only sorry that it took me several other ford dealerships to find this out. the drive is a little out of the way it's, WORTH THE DRIVE!!
