Could not be happier with friends at Gentilini Ford
Enter your review here Service issues with my 2000 Crown Vic brought me to Gentilini first and after a great experience with the service department I met Mike Gentilini. I explained to Mike that my wife and I will be moving to the area to retire and would like to establish a relationship with the dealership to satisfy our vehicle needs. Mike introduced us to Frank Olivier Jr. and assured us that he would work with us whenever we needed help in that regard. We immediately put him to the test and he worked relentlessly until we decided on replacing the Crown Vic with a new Fusion,the deal was great and the bond with Gentilini Ford was made. A few weeks after we brought our son in and he too bought a new Fusion. Lastly this past Saturday I took delivery on a new Ranger Sport , as a loyal Ford product family we couldn't be happier with our new friends at Gentilini Ford.

Thank you, Gentilini Ford, for asking us to trade in our car. Believe it or not this is the first time I bought a car since 1976 that I have been pleased with the salesman. Frank Olivier Jr made this an enjoyable purchase. When we came in for our first complementary oil change, I was surprised at how quickly it went. The atmosphere really is one of family (Now I believe your commercials). I enjoy my Ford Escape and you have been so kind. Thank you, for the first time in years it was a pleasure to buy a car!

Gentilini Ford Cape May NJ Positive Experience compells consumer to write first recomendation
Of all the car dealerships that I've ever done business with, this is
the first time that I've felt compelled to personally write to one.
That being said, the following is a somewhat lengthy overview of our
purchase experience at your dealership.
Our overall experience with the Gentilini Ford dealershipcan
only be graded as A++. Both my wife and I are extremely pleased with
the way in which we were treated by your sales staff, specifically,
Frank Olivier Jr. This is especially true because we weren't the
easiest of people to deal with. We would change our minds, then change
back again, we were sure, then not so sure, over and over, etc. It
would've tried the patience of a saint. Through it all he stayed
patient and courteous with us. Frank had kept in touch, both by phone
and e-mail and through his persistence and hard work found a car that we
truly felt comfortable to purchase. At no time did we feel that he was
being too pushy or overbearing. Believe me it wasn't easy for
him....the first car (orange Mustang), though very nice, was too
expensive for the budget that we set for ourselves. The other Mustangs
on the lot were not much of a consideration to us either due to color,
or trim, etc. The second car he found for us was in Delaware . After spending several hours
pricing this car out with him and Justin Candeloro ( who was very
helpful as well) we told them that we would think about it, but were
still undecided. He called a couple of days later and after he told us
that there was an "add on" dealer package on that vehicle we seriously
considered about not purchasing until the 2008's arrived. Frank kept at
us though! He called again and told us about another (3rd ) car he was
bringing to the dealership, this one a little closer to what we
wanted. We figured we'll go and take a look when it arrived, but were
pretty much ready to throw in the towel (though he did not know that
yet) until the 2008's arrived. As (bad) luck would have it, this car
was damaged in an accident while being transported to your dealership.
Frank called once again and said he had good news and bad news, the bad
news was about the car crash (thankfully no one was hurt), the good news
was that he found yet another car (4th car). This car, was set up
almost exactly as a car that we would've special ordered. As a result,
this was the car that we ultimately purchased!
I suppose anyone could say that he did what a lot of other
salesman would've done; well, maybe, maybe not. What I can't convey in
written words is the way in which he presented himself to us as an
honest sincere person whom we felt very comfortable dealing with. He
really went the extra mile and because of that he "won" our business. I
can see now why both he, and your dealership, had come so highly
recommended to us by our friends and family. I look forward to doing
business with the Gentilini Family Ford
Dealership now, and in the future, and will highly recommend it (and
Frank Jr.) to everyone I know who is interested in buying a Ford
product. Thank you for a great product and great purchase experience.

I live in Sweden and wanted a Ford Mustang but could not attain one without spending a fortune or purchasing a used one and having it shipped home. I contacted Frank first by e-mail and then by phone. He gave me a great price and was willing to hold the car for me until I could take a flight to see him and sign all the necessary paperwork. When I arrived at the Gentilini Ford dealership he had all of the paperwork ready and was able to receive my payment via wire transfer. He kept my Mustang under lock and key until the shipping company arrived ,a few weeks later, to pick up my car for shipment. The whole process took a number of months. It would've tried the patience of a saint. Through it all he stayed patient and courteous with me. Three years ago I bought my first vehicle from Gentillini Ford. An 07 Ford F-150 Supercrew. I loved the way Frank Olivier Jr. took care of putting the deal together and followed up to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Never have I enjoyed the process of buying a car like I have with Frank. I've bought a new car about every three years since 1975. I'm now a solid Gentillini customer. I tell people all the time to give Frank a call, you won't be disappointed. That's why I sent my friend Tom Lippincott to Frank. He bought a 2010 Supercrew. Now I'm the proud and happy owner of a Lincoln MKX that I bought from Frank. It's a GREAT car and Frank is a GREAT asset to your dealership. If Gentillini Ford's other sales people are half as good as Frank, your dealership will continue to set the bar in South Jersey. I'm a Captain at the Cape May Lewes Ferry. I know customer service is the key to survival. We all know in this day and age we need to let people know where to get a good deal and be treated when the respect you deserve. To the Gentilini Ford Family-
In late December 2009, my husband Eric and I decided to upgrade my 2005 Ford Five Hundred. I wanted a car that was different from what I was driving so we went to other dealers to find "the one". We spent hours going from dealership to dealership. We looked at Hyundai, Chevy, Volkswagen, etc... Not to say they were not nice, but they were not 'it'. I had had about enough and said I was done looking and I would stick with what I had. The next day Eric did some research on his own and found something I might like. He suggested we go back to Gentilini Ford and try the Fusion. It was in our price range and had the options that I wanted. I was not really thrilled, but gave in for this one last look. I am so glad that I gave in.
Frank Olivier had spoke to my husband earlier in the day. He knew I was at the end of my rope and had little patience left for car shopping. When I met Frank, he was very friendly and even better- prepared. Being the coldest day of the year, Frank had the Fusion warmed up and ready for the test drive. Frank asked me questions of what features I was most interested in and thoroughly explained them to me. One of the most important features I was curious about was the Sync technology. Frank explained how it all worked and how I could use it to help me in day to day situations. I was almost sold. Now it was time to find out what the cost would be.
Frank and I went through the negotiation process very smoothly. He was not pushy or over anxious. Frank was even able to find a bank that would reduce my interest rate to get me into a payment that I was comfortable with. We were able to make the deal that day. Frank assured me if I had any questions regarding the Fusion or Sync technology to give him a call.
I was extremely satisfied with my car buying experience at Gentilini Ford. Frank Olivier is very friendly, knowledgeable, and most understanding of how stressful car buying can be. He chose to walk us through the process rather than push. That makes a great salesman.

Dear Frank,
Just wanted to drop you a line and say thanks for all your hard work in finding the right truck for Hughes Arvidson, Inc.
You will recall, I asked you to find an F-250 with low mileage for a tow vehicle, but would not need it for a few months. You stayed in touch with us and when we told you we were ready, you found exactly the truck we were looking for.
After a short time we discovered that the truck did not actually suit our needs. I approached you to discuss the situation; to my surprise you said we have two options. 1. Return the truck for a full refund or 2. We will find another truck for you, and you can use the first truck until we find a new one.
Wow!!
In the end, we elected to get another truck. We are extremely happy with the truck! it fits our needs perfectly.
