During a recent on-line search for a specifically equipped 2011, F150 , FX2, I was fortunate to have Frank Olivier respond to my inquiry. Prior to encountering Mr. Olivier, a long line of dealerships informed me that my chances of finding a vehicle, such as the one which I was describing; would be like “ finding a needle in a haystack “.

   Not only was Frank optimistic about locating my “ dream “ truck; he was able to locate it, and then travel to Maryland and drive it back to New Jersey for me to see. Frank adjusted his schedule for my convenience and spent hours with me, explaining the vast array of options, features and advantages of what would be my new truck.

   During our conversation, Mr. Olivier displayed a very high degree of familiarity with this vehicle and it’s systems and never faltered while answering my barrage of questions. When it came time to negotiate the purchase, Frank went the extra mile, in order to create an attractive  package for me

   In closing I must say, that it is because of Mr. Olivier’s disarming and knowledgeable presentation, coupled with the aforementioned efforts, that I decided to purchase my new FX 2 from Gentelini Motors. It is because of his outstanding customer service, both before and after the sale, that I and my family will now consider Gentelini Motors first, for of our next automotive purchases

Dr. Mr. Gentilini:

I write to inform you of my recent experience with your salesman, Frank Olivier, Jr., while purchasing my new 2010 Ford, F-150, FX2, a few weeks ago. When I first telephoned Frank to inform him that I wanted to trade in my 2007 Ford, F-150, which I also purchased from Gentilini Ford, and buy a new Ford, F-150, Frank not only remembered me, but treated me like an old friend. He asked how I was and he asked about my now 18 year old son. I liked that.

Frank was truly interested in helping me get the vehicle I wanted, rather than trying to sell me a vehicle I did not want. And, I admit, I am not easy to please. I wanted nothing less than a 2010 Ford, F-150, FX@, blackexterior with black leather interior. Nothing less!

Over several weeks of telephone calls back and forth, Frank searched and searched for the vehicle I wanted. He searched New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland for my "Black with Black Leather Interior Ford, F-150." In fact, Frank even called me on a Friday, his day off, to inform me that one of the deals in the making had fallen through. To me, that is effort above and beyond the call of duty.

Frank Olivier, Jr., is a keeper. Everything he said to me during our dealings turned out to be true. While helping me Frank seemed to understand that to me my purchase of a new truck was not just another "deal for him and Gentilini Ford" rather for me, it was a $30,000.00+ purchase that I was going to be driving for the next 3 years and that I wanted what I wanted; A black Ford, F-150, with black leather interior and nothing else.

Your salesman, Frank Olivier, Jr., is your representative to your customers. He is your public image. A good one. I believe that this is my 3rd or 4th vehicle that I purchased from Gentilini Ford over the past years, and the only reason I drive one hour from Glassboro to Woodbine, passing by at least 3 other Ford dealers, to buy at Gentilini Ford is the way in which I am treated by all there. There is no high pressure. No gimmicks. No false promises: Just personal service and accommodation. And I plan on going back in a year or two with my son to buy him his next Ford, and get him started as a Gentilini Ford Customer.

After I purchased my new Ford, F-150, FX2, black exterior and black leather interior, Frank took the time to explain the new SYNC technology and go over the entire vehicle with me to show me how everything worked. I really appreciated that. A few days later, Frank again called me to ask me if I was enjoying my new vehicle. Yet another sign of Frank's good work.

I want to thank Frank Olivier, Jr., for all his help, time and effort in finding me the Ford I wanted. Frank is a real asset to Gentilini Ford and the community he serves. His hard work, honesty and integrity go a long way in keeping customer loyalty. And, by the way, I love my new Ford!

Enter your review here    Service issues with my 2000 Crown Vic brought me to Gentilini first and after a great experience with the service department I met Mike Gentilini. I explained to Mike that my wife and I will be moving to the area to retire and would like to establish a relationship with the dealership to satisfy our vehicle needs. Mike introduced us to Frank Olivier Jr. and assured us that he would work with us whenever we needed help in that regard. We immediately put him to the test and he worked relentlessly until we decided on replacing the Crown Vic with a new Fusion,the deal was great and the bond with Gentilini Ford was made. A few weeks after we brought our son in and he too bought a new Fusion. Lastly this past Saturday I took delivery on a new Ranger Sport , as a loyal Ford product family we couldn't be happier with our new friends at Gentilini Ford.

Gentilini Ford Cape May NJ Positive Experience compells consumer to write first recomendation

Of all the car dealerships that I've ever done business with, this is the first time that I've felt compelled to personally write to one.  That being said, the following is a somewhat lengthy overview of our purchase experience at your dealership.

        Our overall experience with the Gentilini Ford dealershipcan only be graded as A++.  Both my wife and I are extremely pleased with the way in which we were treated by your sales staff, specifically, Frank Olivier Jr.  This is especially true because we weren't the easiest of people to deal with.  We would change our minds, then change back again, we were sure, then not so sure, over and over, etc.   It would've tried the patience of a saint.  Through it all he stayed patient and courteous with us.  Frank had kept in touch, both by phone and e-mail and through his persistence and hard work found a car that we truly felt comfortable to purchase.  At no time did we feel that he was being too pushy or overbearing.  Believe me it wasn't easy for him....the first car (orange Mustang), though very nice, was too expensive for the budget that we set for ourselves.  The other Mustangs on the lot were not much of a consideration to us either due to color, or trim, etc. The second car he found for us was in Delaware .  After spending several hours pricing this car out with him and Justin Candeloro ( who was very helpful as well) we told them that we would think about it, but were still undecided.   He called a couple of days later and after he told us that there was an "add on" dealer package on that vehicle we seriously considered about not purchasing until the 2008's arrived.  Frank kept at us though!  He called again and told us about another (3rd ) car he was bringing to the dealership, this one a little closer to what we wanted.  We figured we'll go and take a look when it arrived, but were pretty much ready to throw in the towel (though he did not know that yet) until the 2008's arrived.  As (bad) luck would have it, this car was damaged in an accident while being transported to your dealership.  Frank called once again and said he had good news and bad news, the bad news was about the car crash (thankfully no one was hurt), the good news was that he found yet another car (4th car).  This car,  was set up almost exactly as a car that we would've special ordered.   As a result, this was the car that we ultimately purchased!

        I suppose anyone could say that he did what a lot of other salesman would've done; well, maybe, maybe not.  What I can't convey in written words is the way in which he presented himself to us as an honest sincere person whom we felt very comfortable dealing with.  He really went the extra mile and because of that he "won" our business.  I can see now why both he, and your dealership, had come so highly recommended to us by our friends and family.  I look forward to doing business with the Gentilini Family Ford Dealership now, and in the future, and will highly recommend it (and Frank Jr.) to everyone I know who is interested in buying a Ford product.  Thank you for a great product and great purchase experience.
