2012 Ford Taurus SHO. Problem is finally resolved and the car rides like a dream. Had horrible vibration at speeds of 60 and over. Initially a bad belt in one of the Goodyear tires was discovered. Got car back and still had problem. Took it back in and one of tires was slightly out of balance. Rebalanced and not car handles and rides like a dream! Love it and the service!

Gentilini Ford Goes the Extra Mile for Marmora NJ Customer

Brought my 2011 F-150truck in for oil change.   I also had a discoloration on the top of the grill - it looked like oxidation - Buddy took pictures of it - forwarded pics to Ford - Ford responded with asking Gentellini to use a cleaner/polish on the grill - this took out about 95% of the discoloration - it was good but not good enough for a new truck so Buddy took more pictures and sent those to Ford - who now agreed to replace the grill.  I was very appreciative of all Buddy's efforts to get this taken care of.

Thanks to everyone there who helped me starting from Keith, Buddy and Jeff. I lost my brakes due to a broken brake line pulling a boat from Matts Landing. I called them and Keith said bring it in and we will fix it ASAP. Buddy was helpful in getting it fixed and Jeff did a great job on the work. Buddy also helped me get a rental since they didn't have any. When its time to buy a truck again you will have my business! I encountered a rubbing noise while driving my F-150 & called to make an appointment with service to look into it when all of a sudden it sounded like something broke & I had to call for a tow. The dealership immediately sent out a rollback to pick up my truck & myself & transport us to the dealership. Upon arrival Buddy hooked me up with a loaner car & did the paperwork to fix my truck. The next day Buddy called me to tell me what was wrong & how long it would take for them to fix it. Two days after that Buddy called to tell me my truck was ready. I returned the loaner & picked up my truck & I was very pleased with the way I was treated & the services Gentillini provides.
