The scheduling and service was excellent!

To whom it may concern: I had an unscheduled stop at Gentilini Ford on Saturday, after running over some debris on the road. About 5 minutes later, the low tire pressure warning came up on the message center. Pulled in without an appointment and was taken care of instantly, no questions asked. They not only checked the front, right tire, which had hit the debris, they checked all four tires. Checked all the air prssure in each, added air where needed and sent me on my way, no charge. That was a really nice gesture and will keep me a very satisfied customer, who will return for maintenance on my vehicles... Thank you

I was very pleased with the service I received from Gentilini Ford -- as always in the past the service was great.

I had my driver's side mirror replaced  as I had knocked it off coming out of our garage.  After the mirror was ordered and painted the service department got me scheduled quickly.  The car was only in the service bay for approximately 30 minutes from the time I arrived.  You can't tell that it is not original to my 2010 Ford Edge....and the car was washed as well...I had been holding off washing it pending the repair as I didn't not know how the mirror would fare if I ran it through a car wash....Thanks to everyone in the service department for a job well done and a clean car was a bonus!

The customer service in the service department has always been second to none.  Courteous & quick...a true "family" feel, and they always call you the next day to make sure you were satisfied. 

I had my 08 Mustang GT in for its 30k servicing on May 26th.  Everything was done very professionally while I waited.  I purchased my car from Gentilini although I live about 25 miles from the dealership and I had intended to have it serviced at a Ford dealer closer to home.  However, I was so favorably impressed with Gentilini where I went for my initial complimentary oil change that I have gone back there for all my service needs.  Keep up the good work.

Barry has done an excellent job whenever I have brought my vehicle in for any type of service. He should train all your service staff. I can't think of anything that he could do that would be any better.
