</p><P>I took my Ford Explorer in October 2011 for new tires and replacement of 2 bearings.&nbsp; I was told my brakes were in the yellow category 3.&nbsp; So I brought in the Explorer for new brakes pads on April 20, 2012.&nbsp; I was told my brake pads were in the yellow category 6 and did not need replacing.&nbsp; I was also charged the full amount for brake inspection (Mike).&nbsp; None of my bonus award from the previous repairs were applied to my bill.</P>]]></description>

Because her Windstar is 14 years old I asked Barry in Service to please call me if there was any unknown problems. He called promply after checking out her car. After going over our options we decided to not have the extra work done. Now we are shopping for a car for my wife, but we didn't throw good money into an older car. </p><p>I wish Gentilini Ford would have been my first stop when looking for a new car. I started at Shore Toyota looking at Highlanders, and my experience there was terrible. All I wanted to do was sit in the car, discuss what my monthly payment would be, and if I'd be eligible for the %APR they were advertising for President's Day weekend. They took me on a 1.5 hour tour of the car/facilities/etc, and they wouldn't answer any of my questions. When I finally said I had enough they brought a manager over and he was way too aggressive in trying to get me to buy a car that same night. It was very frustrating and upsetting. After such a terrible night, my parents recommended Gentilini since they don't really get into that extra nonsense. My experience at Gentilini Ford was the exact opposite of my Shore Toyota nightmare. Jaime immediately let me sit in the car, take it for a test drive, and answered all of my questions. I literally bought my Escape in less time my Toyota tour took. Jaime was great. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Gentilini Ford, and I would definitely go back to buy cars there in the future.</p>

I think I neglected my sales team with this, but I will rectify it now.

Tom Remaley is a credit for your organization. My wife and I purchased a 2011 flex in April 2011 and had an excellent experience. No gimmicks, no hassle. We told Tom what we wanted and he found the vehicle, went and got it, having it sitting waiting for us a few days later...earlier than expected. He was a pleasure with that purchase so I took my business back to him and ordered a Taurus SHO. Only complaint I had about it was it took 5 months to build and deliver, but it was WELL worth the wait. Tom was professional, straight forward and up front throughout the process. It negated the feeling we had with other local Ford dealers who, we felt, didn't really want our business. Tom made my wife and I feel like we were the only customers and that was important to us.

The SM, Justin Chandeloro, was equally impressive. We had a goal and both he and Tom stuck with us in achieving the desired outcome. Again very straight forward. 5 stars !!

</p><P>This week I got new tires, an alignment, and an oil change on my wife's Toyota Avalon.&nbsp; The job was done at the price I was quoted by Keith; took slightly longer due to a broken machine which takes the tires off (Keith told me the machine broke that morning and gave me a heads up that it could take longer).&nbsp; The car seems to be riding very well.</P>
<P>The week before I had Barry as a service coordinator for my Ford Explorer and again I had a positve experience in getting new front brakes, new battery, oil change, and the emergency brake handle fixed.&nbsp; I've been a service customer for 10 years now since I moved into the area and am very satisfied with both the responsiveness of the service coordinators and work quality.</P>
