This week I got new tires, an alignment, and an oil change on my wife's Toyota Avalon.  The job was done at the price I was quoted by Keith; took slightly longer due to a broken machine which takes the tires off (Keith told me the machine broke that morning and gave me a heads up that it could take longer).  The car seems to be riding very well.

The week before I had Barry as a service coordinator for my Ford Explorer and again I had a positve experience in getting new front brakes, new battery, oil change, and the emergency brake handle fixed.  I've been a service customer for 10 years now since I moved into the area and am very satisfied with both the responsiveness of the service coordinators and work quality.

I scheduled an oil change and multi-point inspection for my 1995 Ford Explorer on Black Friday, because it was a day I knew I had off from work. I had a lot of other tasks planned for that day as well. During the inspection, the mechanic assigned to my vehicle discovered my brake lines were in questionable condition. Having had the experience of losing my brakes unexpectedly before, I certainly didn't want to chance that happening again. The service department was able to accomodate this repair for me, and I was also offered a loaner vehicle, so I wouldn't have to wait the 4 hours needed to complete the job. I didn't have anyone I could arrange to pick me up on short notice. My having use of the loaner car was a great help. I help my Mom care for my Dad, who has advanced Alzheimer's Dementia. I am very grateful for the service department keeping my transportation safe, and for their consideration in helping me get back home instead of having to wait 4 hours. Thanks Mike and Jeff!

To whom it may concern: I had an unscheduled stop at Gentilini Ford on Saturday, after running over some debris on the road. Gentilini Ford offers a demonstration of the SYNC system. Their SYNC Specialist, Marissa, gave us a great lesson and answered all our questions. I probably would never have used the system if I had not had this lesson. My husband and I are not really up on new technology and we wouldn't have figured it out.
