Once again I am very pleased with the service - middle seat latch needed to be replaced. The 4 star rating is only to reflect that the service needed to be completed Mon - Fri. As a single working person that is difficult. Gentilini Service dept was very willing to assist and waited  until I was able to arrange for alternate transportation. Thanks again for your good work.
