I had a bad expierence with Lincoln Town car 2  years ago, with Service Dept. I am a  forgiving person so I got a good deal on a new Ford Edge. Just hope in the future their technician can diagnose an air conditioner problem. As far as the Sales Dept. I've had a good expierence.
