I felt very comfortable in the office and with everyone there and Katie helped me so much with the Sync system. I LOVE my Escape and love the people at Gentilini Ford--they really do treat you like family!

If the service was not top notch, and the employees so nice, we would not be a customer for over 12 years.  We have purchased our last four vechiles at your place of business.

The service person was helpful with initial call for appointment.  Car was finished on the day promised AND finished before noon!!  We are always happy with the service at Gentilini.
