I feel he is knowledgeable and goes out of his way to get the vehicle you want. He is also pleasant and is not pushy and makes me feel very comfortable. Your entire staff is very professional and does a great job and this makes the deal go smoothly. I feel after the purchase is made we are not forgotten. Frank calls to double check and makes sure that we are pleased with the vehicle and checks to see if we have any questions or problems.
