Let me start of by saying I am not a huge fan of sales people.  Now with that said Frank Olivier is not a typical sales person.  Frank took the time to listen to me and understand what I needed.  He did not try to sell me anything rather he tried to find a vehicle that fit what I was looking for within my budget.  I want to thank you for your honesty, friendliness, answering all of my questions and for helping me find my Ford Escape I love it.
