Vineland New Jersey Car Buyer Rates Woodbine NJ Service Department 5 Stars

Your service department made every effort to correct the problem I had with my 93 Aerostar. It had recently failed the emissions test during inspection. I realize the vehicle is old but I have had it since it was new and it has served me well. I use it now as my work vehicle as it holds all the tools I need on the job. I want to keep it going for as long as I can and your service department does a great job. Thanks

Vineland Customer Appreciates The Extra Mile

My name is D. Nardone. I am a customer of yours for I bought a Mercury Mariner last year from you. Recently I had a problem with the transmission not going into gear correctly and I called down to your service shop and spoke with Pete Peters. Knowing I had a problem not only with the car, but I was getting ready to go out of stare with my car, and would need it, he immediately told me to bring in the car so he could see it. Since I am from Vineland, I made necessary arrangements in changing me schedule so I could have the car looked at immediately.

                  Pete took unbelievable care of me and my wife. He came over and explained to us what the problem was and the way he felt things should be handled. His care for us was genuine and I felt like I was being handled like I was a family member, His attitude was one of we were his top priority and he would not rest until our problem was solved. He gave me the options that were available to us at that time and gave us the chance to take the necessary steps into solving whatever we needed for that weekend to make our trip satisfying. 

I am just saying "Thank You" for having such good employees who work for you. It just goes to show that your business cares for the people who shop there. I am proud to say I bought my car from you and will pass on the good word to anyone who is looking for a car.
