As usual, your service was EXCELLENT.  My husband took our Mustang down for service and was completely satisfied.  He visited with our favorite salesman, Andy and caught up on news of the day.  He had a wonderful morning visiting and getting our Mustang set for the road.  We tell EVERYONE about your service...both in sales and in service and we encourage family and friends to go visit you an check out your great deals.  Thanks for being kind, considerate, respectful and most of all, an honest hardworking group of people.  We are blessed to know all of you.

I scheduled an oil change and multi-point inspection for my 1995 Ford Explorer on Black Friday, because it was a day I knew I had off from work. I had a lot of other tasks planned for that day as well. During the inspection, the mechanic assigned to my vehicle discovered my brake lines were in questionable condition. Having had the experience of losing my brakes unexpectedly before, I certainly didn't want to chance that happening again. The service department was able to accomodate this repair for me, and I was also offered a loaner vehicle, so I wouldn't have to wait the 4 hours needed to complete the job. I didn't have anyone I could arrange to pick me up on short notice. My having use of the loaner car was a great help. I help my Mom care for my Dad, who has advanced Alzheimer's Dementia. I am very grateful for the service department keeping my transportation safe, and for their consideration in helping me get back home instead of having to wait 4 hours. Thanks Mike and Jeff!
