Satisfied Long Time Cape May Customer

We brought our 1999 Ford Windstar (that we purchased at Gentilini several years ago) in for a recall issue. Unfortunately, the van failed inspection, but everything was handled excellently. We received the buy-back check from Ford in just a couple of days. Mike even came out to help remove the license plates from the vehicle as we cleaned it out.

Yesterday, we purchase a 2004 Chrysler 300M from Bruce Carlino, Jim Grando and Rick Mead. We couldn't be happier. Love the car!! Great sales team...a real pleasure to do business with Gentilini. We feel like family!

As always Gentilini has preformed as expected the service was done in a professional manner and they did everything that I asked of them and my vehicle was ready when promised. I know this survey is for the service dept but the sales team is one of the most outstanding teams you could ever have at a dealership. Justin Candeloro has bent over backwards for my family and I when it comes to buying vehicles. He has never let us walk away unhappy and that is why my family and I will continue to purchase and service our vehicles from Gentilini .

Cape May Ford Dealer Honest and Straight Forward

The only reason I go there is for their honesty and straight forwardness.  I could go anywhere for my truck and my daughters Jeep, but drive past a Ford Dealer and numerous garages to have my car serviced.  I have done business with them since I bought Don's Pinto he used in High School.  When I went for service on Saturday Morning they used to buy breakfast sandwiches, back in the day.  They cannot be out-done for customer service !!!

The warranty service was done in a very timely fashion.  The service staff was very efficient and accommodating.  They arranged a loner car so I was able to maintain my work schedule. Thank you to your staff.
