To whom it may concern: I had an unscheduled stop at Gentilini Ford on Saturday, after running over some debris on the road. About 5 minutes later, the low tire pressure warning came up on the message center. Pulled in without an appointment and was taken care of instantly, no questions asked. They not only checked the front, right tire, which had hit the debris, they checked all four tires. Checked all the air prssure in each, added air where needed and sent me on my way, no charge. That was a really nice gesture and will keep me a very satisfied customer, who will return for maintenance on my vehicles... Thank you

If first impressions are lasting ones, my first impression was very satifying and exceeded my expectations. I found your service staff person Mike, to be very courteous and professional. He was extremely personable and helpful with my questions concerning your service department and service in general on both automobiles my son and I had brought to you on that day.

I was made to feel right at home immediately as soon as we entered the service desk area, with a big, "hello". That hello made my day and it only got better as I spoke to Mike. I have always been a Ford/Lincoln Mercury client. I've owned Fords since my first Mustang Grande in the 70's, to my Gran Torino & Gran Torino Elite. Not to mention, Sables, Gran Marquis, Tracer, Cougars, etc...

I think you get my drift. I now own a M-6 Mazda which is the very first time I've ever bought an automobile outside the Ford signature plate. It's still part of the family, which aided me in my decision to buy the M-6 for my wife and an M-3 for my son. My son has always wanted a Mustang and has since traded the M-3 and purchased a Mustang GT. He's as pleased with it's performance as I've always been with Ford and their line of fine automobiles.

I will be in the market for another car this spring and will definitely plan to stop in and see what kind of sales experience my wife and I have. Thank you for letting me rant and I look forward to visiting your dealership in the future. Thanks for a very nice "first" impression...
