I am happy with the hours of operation of the service department. I like having my car serviced early in the morning.

The last service was two weeks ago and I did not like the fact that the technician said I should change the fuel filter. Your service department changed the fuel filter back in June?

Service was excellent as usual, but unfortunately my nice beige interior has greasy handprints on the door panel and steering wheel from the tech. I saw it when my wife brought it home and I went to use the vehicle later that night. I am sure if it was during business hours and I called they would have been more than happy to clean it for me. This will not discourage me from using them in the future, we have always been treated very well there.

You were terrific as always.  Service was done earlier than I expected and was the price I expected.  Mike called too with the price before doing any work and called a Chrysler dealer for info on my car to make sure that I did really need rotors.  Great job!
