Brought my 2011 F-150truck in for oil change.   I also had a discoloration on the top of the grill - it looked like oxidation - Buddy took pictures of it - forwarded pics to Ford - Ford responded with asking Gentellini to use a cleaner/polish on the grill - this took out about 95% of the discoloration - it was good but not good enough for a new truck so Buddy took more pictures and sent those to Ford - who now agreed to replace the grill.  I was very appreciative of all Buddy's efforts to get this taken care of.

The Service Department is always prompt and completes any service tasks quickly and efficiently.

I have talked with Mike on a number of occasions from setting up appointments to issues with both our vehicles, and have received prompt and courteous customer service with explanations on items that have come up during service.  We will also be in the market for another Ford to add to our family, and have it serviced with you.

Great service, honest, and competent!

Everything was good. I had a coupon but the service rep said there was a better deal he could provide and I got a $10 rebate.
I will continue to use the dealership for all my maintenance and would recommend to others.
