The service person was helpful with initial call for appointment.  Car was finished on the day promised AND finished before noon!!  We are always happy with the service at Gentilini.

My truck was serviced for a recall.  It was by far the best experience I've ever had with a service department.  Everybody treated me with respect and kindness.  The work that was done to my truck was explained and taken care of in a timely manner.

I live within 5 mins from another Ford dealer BUT I prefer to drive 20 mins to Gentilini because of the friendly and professional service I recieve from Gentilini.  I'm very happy and pleased with the staff at Gentilini and will continue to have my car serviced there.
