I had what I thought was a wheel bearing going.  I called Mike and arranged to have it looked at the Thursday prior to Memorial Day.  When Mike called me back he explained that it was indeed the wheel bearing.  I inquired if both front bearings had to be done. Mike explained that since it is a sealed bearing that only the bad one had to be done.  If it wasn't for his honesty he could have changed both front bearings and increased the bill by 100%.  There needs to be more honest people in the vehicle service industry. Because of Mike I will always have my Ford vehicle(s) serviced at Gentilini Ford.  Since I was not picking up the vehicle until Tuesday, Mike had the car washed at no charge. Now that is true customer service!
