I love Lou.

He has sold me and my husband 5 cars so far...We trust his judgement totally and he went ABOVE and BEYOND what a sales rep would ever do to get me a 2010 car in 2009. 


My husband gave him a carton of smokes to show his appreciation for what he's done for us...I was just ecstatic.


I will continue to purchase vehicles from Gentilini Ford.

PS,,MIKE at service,,Hes #1 in my book. He's extremely funny... I enjoy coming in for service as long as he's the only one waiting on me!!! He's a great PR person... When someone comes in all frustrated, he's there to crack a joke and make you laugh..LOVE HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
