After visiting numerous dealerships and meeting many sales people I really  wanted to write and commend Frank Oliver for his excellent customer service. He was so knowledgeable about the different vehicles. He showed us all the bells and whistles before the test ride. Frank provided us with all the information we needed to make a decision and in no way did he ever make us feel pressured. What a great experience we had at Gentilini Ford. Even though it is twenty miles from us it was well worth the ride.
