Could'nt be Happier with Friends at Gentilini Ford

Enter your review here    Service issues with my 2000 Crown Vic brought me to Gentilini first and after a great experience with the service department I met Mike Gentilini. I explained to Mike that my wife and I will be moving to the area to retire and would like to establish a relationship with the dealership to satisfy our vehicle needs. Mike introduced us to Frank Olivier Jr. and assured us that he would work with us whenever we needed help in that regard. We immediately put him to the test and he worked relentlessly until we decided on replacing the Crown Vic with a new Fusion,the deal was great and the bond with Gentilini Ford was made. A few weeks after we brought our son in and he too bought a new Fusion. Lastly this past Saturday I took delivery on a new Ranger Sport , as a loyal Ford product family we couldn't be happier with our new friends at Gentilini Ford.

I was hysterical as I was driving and my tire felt like it was gonna fall off...Tim in service helped me..he was so kind and sympathetic to my needs...i had my little girl in car n wasn't able to steer car properly or drive it...He was so kind to me that I TRULY BELIEVE HE IS A TRUE ASSET TO GENTILINI!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  He was very helpful in all aspects of my purchase and always makes an effort to talk to me and ask if everything is O.K when I'm there.

    I also enjoy the annual car show and the friendly atmosphere, all the effort put out by everyone involved. It is also nice they don't charge the entrants a fee, (they pay enough for there cars) give away t-shirts & trophies. It is also very nice that they give away a great number of drinks and good quality spicy & regular hotdogs.

If you get a Chance ask David our Director of Marketing about those Hot Dogs! About ten years ago when he first can to work for the Gentilini's he tried to save money for the company by ordering a cheaper brand of hot dogs and bread. To hear him tell it the first show would have been his last if he had not been able to get the order changed. Seems Don knows how important good quality is to everything we do. Even down to the dogs!
